Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all parts with it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds are NOT granted for:

Change of mind.
Too confusing to use.
Damaged Packaging - Unless item has suffered damage also.
You don’t have the appropriate equipment, knowledge or space to use the item.

A lot of time is put into product descriptions to accurately describe the use and necessary steps for items to be fully functional. By purchasing items from us you accept and understand how the item works and have agreed that you have read the product description entirely and are comfortable with your purchase.

We take no responsibility for items that may be lost during transit however we will endeavor to assist in you tracking it down or we will resolve by another means decided by us.

Nactumu takes no responsibility If an orders tracking has been updated as "delivered" and is therefore up to the customer to contact local postal services to find out the parcels location as they have marked it as delivered.

Nactumu takes no responsibility if a customer has provided an incorrect address and their mail never arrives.

If a replacement has been sent, a refund can no longer be issued.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase including your order number.
Do not send items back to manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, such as credit cards and paypal etc.

If you have received an item and you have deemed that it does not work we will in the first instance have technical support assist to determine whether it is in fact the order or the user at fault. Providing as much information about the problem will assist in a speedy resolution and if necessary have a replacement sent out.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If we have agreed to refund you and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or banking institution, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or is up to our discretion.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via our Contact Us Page HERE

If you have received a defective or damaged item we will send out an exact replacement item FREE of charge in the first instance. Receiving a defective item does not mean a refund will be issued.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will need to organize with the person who purchased from us and then contact us about an exchange or refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
